Insecurities
We all have them.
Usually they’re about our bodies. Most of the time, stemming from the infamous comparison game; enving what other women look like, what they have, what they’ve done…what if instead you decided to quit comparing and rather tally up your great accomplishments? Most days, mine is waking up and putting on a pair of pants.
Celebrate and honor your accomplishments, not wallow in your insecurities. Accomplishments don’t have to be big, sometimes they’re small, and other times they’re world shifting, but they’re yours.
TREAT YOURSELF
Because good-golly, you’re amazing.
We are underestimated and we underestimate ourselves. We create, nurture, grow, evolve, and throughout it all rarely celebrate our badass-ery. Rarely do we congratulate ourselves on the amazing lives we live. So, celebrate you, the now, and the beautiful woman you have become.

Positive
self-talk
Body positivity is a journey.
It’s taken me years to get to a point where I don’t see my weight, but rather my smile and happiness factor. It starts with you and your self-talk. Start tomorrow recognizing how many times you use negatives in your conversations, either with yourself or with others…recognize that negativity disguises itself in small comments too.
Work on finding silver linings, changing your dialogue, and learn to give others the benefit of the doubt. I promise, the world is not against you, even if it feels that way sometimes.
This is about you + how you want to shine
For a lot of women just getting themselves in front of a lens is a HUGE step. So remember that this session is all about you, in whatever form you want to shine in. If you are ready to say to hell with body insecurity and show off your badassery, YASS QUEEN - I’m here for it. There are no rules here, well… except for one…soak up some “you” time, realize you’re worth every minute, that you’re a boss, and you deserve an experience (and GORGEOUS photos) reminding you that you’re a woman not to be messed with.
